•WHAT IS PERMA CULTURE
Permaculture is the Reunification of Nature and Culture
Based on indigenous and sustainable agricultural practices, the two Australians Bill Mollison and David Holmgren developed a design concept for agricultural and self-sufficiency projects in the 1970s. Rooted in the ethical principles of "Earth Care, People Care, Fair Share," these projects aim to promote harmony between humans and nature, manage resources sustainably and equitably, and ensure a healthy future for all. To achieve the goals set out by its ethics, permaculture offers a wide range of principles and tools that support the design process and encourage designers to engage in regular reflection and "inventory-taking."

Since 2018, I have been deeply engaged with the topics of permaculture, natural gardening, self-sufficiency, edible wild plants, and sustainable ways of living.
I took my first permaculture course in Austria in 2019. Since then, I have continuously expanded my knowledge in this field and built a broad network of expertise and connections.

Under the theme "Eating what grows at our feet!", I have been leasing a piece of farmland since 2021 where I cultivate edible wild plants. With my project foragedstyle, I aim to show — through my experimental field and a diverse range of courses and workshops — how easy it can be to nourish yourself deliciously, healthily, and for free with plants from nature.
In addition, I offer specialized courses on fermentation and mushrooms, where you can learn how these practices can actively contribute to climate protection. Come by and join in!
